These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") govern the entire relationship between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and kp66 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website kp66.bet and all associated services, games, features, and functionalities made available through it.

By accessing any part of kp66.bet — whether by creating an account, completing kp66 Login, placing a bet, making a deposit or withdrawal, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein without reservation. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only recourse is to cease using the kp66 platform immediately.

kp66 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of kp66 following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English text shall prevail. kp66 may provide informational summaries of these Terms in other languages for convenience, but only the English version carries legal weight.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and use the kp66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kp66 operates a strict minimum age policy. Gambling by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on kp66.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing kp66 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a kp66 employee, where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.

kp66 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and withdrawal verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by kp66 support may result in your account being suspended and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) kp66 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp66 actively monitors account activity to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kp66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or pending transactions connected to those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current. kp66 is not responsible for failed communications or missed notifications resulting from outdated contact details on your account.

Your kp66 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, assign, or otherwise dispose of your kp66 account, account balance, or any entitlements arising from your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kp66 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. You must take all reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including choosing a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. kp66 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

All financial transactions on kp66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable processing limits:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bangladeshi Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to individual card issuer policies)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and per 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account after kp66 Login.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1-3 business hours depending on the sending institution. Withdrawals are generally processed by kp66 within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended if your account is pending verification or if additional security checks are required.

kp66 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All funds deposited to your kp66 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kp66 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or unverified payment channels will not be accepted and will be returned where possible.

Winnings may only be withdrawn to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same kp66 account, unless an exception is granted in writing by kp66 support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all parties involved.

kp66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be clearly specified in the relevant promotion documentation available in the Promotions section of the kp66 platform.

Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

kp66 reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Void any bonus and associated winnings where kp66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.
• Require additional verification before releasing bonus funds or associated winnings to withdrawal.
• Limit the maximum withdrawal amount resulting from any bonus to the amount specified in the promotion terms.

Bonuses credited to your account that remain unclaimed or do not meet the wagering requirements within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds are not subject to reinstatement.

As a registered user of kp66, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

1. Lawful Use Only: You agree to use kp66 solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's enjoyment of the platform.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times and to update your account details promptly if your personal information changes.
3. No Fraudulent Activity: You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct, including chargebacks, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated tools, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
4. No Money Laundering: You agree not to use kp66 for the purpose of money laundering, funding of illegal activities, or any other financial crime. kp66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
5. Personal Use Only: You agree to use your kp66 account strictly for your own personal recreational gambling. Commercial exploitation of kp66 services — including operating the platform as an agent for third parties — is strictly prohibited.
6. Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat kp66 support staff and other users with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at kp66 employees or agents will result in immediate account closure.
7. No Manipulation of Odds: You agree not to attempt to manipulate sporting events, exploit pricing errors, or engage in any form of match fixing or irregular betting patterns that distort the integrity of markets offered on kp66.

kp66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Chargebacks initiated against kp66 by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as 12 or more consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity).
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kp66 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, kp66 may confiscate the account balance in full. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may request voluntary closure of your kp66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, ensure that all active bonuses are either used or forfeited, and that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp66 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the kp66 platform, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss or corruption of data, including betting history, transaction records, or account information.
• Unauthorised access to your kp66 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds, market results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data feed providers, subject to the right of correction set out below.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if kp66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kp66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service unavailability. kp66 will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance via on-site notices, but is not obligated to do so in cases of emergency maintenance required to preserve platform security or integrity.

In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious mistake in odds, game outcome display, or transaction processing — kp66 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error, regardless of whether the error initially appeared to benefit the player. kp66 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any such correction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kp66's liability for death or personal injury caused by kp66's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where the applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations, those exclusions or limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
